We know…
We all know life can be gray or colourful…
Don’t worry! This time it is going to be very colourful !
After another long day, as always filled with things to do, meetings, deadlines to be met, Mr. B finds himself transported as if by magic in a special, colourful, happy place called Bubblelandia.
Bubblelandia is a place in which to linger, to dream, to listen, to watch, to savor, and to marvel but, above all a place to daydream.
And it is here, on this planet, it is inside us …
…it is the ocean of our soul.
For to find it you just need to wake up!
The “inhabitants” of Bubblelandia – seahorses, dragon fish, starfish, mermaids, clown fish and others – will carry Mr. B along his imaginary journey in this beautiful underwater world where fantasy becomes reality and you are invited to follow him.
But be careful!
You will not need an oxygen tank to breathe; just let your mind run wild, open your heart and relieve the everyday stress!
Suddenly millions of bubbles of all shapes and colours, along with the foam of waves and other surprises will immediately swallow and transport you into this parallel universe of joy and freedom.
Are you afraid of the touch of giant jellyfish or from the huge whale that will appear next to you? Don’t worry because Mr. B will take you by the hand through this imaginary journey and, in the end, you will feel lighter, freer, happier…
This experience will change you too just as it changed Mr. B…?
Storyline
The plot is very simple and based on our modern everyday life; always too busy, filled with stress increased by the abuse of mobile phones, tablet, PCs and other gadgets that allow us to make a faster connection…causing us to lose connection with reality.
Who doesn’t recognize himself in the stylized shape of our fictitious Mr B ?
How many of us have ever wanted, at least for a moment, to be able to stop time just to take a breath and daydream?
The solution, in fact, is simple and accessible to us all: don’t be afraid to let yourself go.
As the French poet Paul Valery wrote:
““The best way to make your dreams come true is to wake up.”
With some references and quotes from classics such as “Pinocchio”, “The Little Mermaid”, “Beauty and the Beast”, and “The Golden Fish” (without to forget “Peter Pan”), “B” is considered a modern fairy tale in which we can all find ourselves, without any age limits…
The Project
“B” the show was produced with the help and support of the biggest authorities in the field of entertainment and theatre in Latvia.
The well balanced blend of drama, mime, dance, puppetry, juggling, contortionism, sand art and magic, with the amazing beauty of soap bubbles make „B” unique and perfect for any audience.
The visual impact of the show is further enhanced by the original music of Valdis Zilvers (the most famous Latvian composer of soundtracks for theatre plays), the costumes specially designed by E.Patmalniece (popular fashion designer and main costume designer of the Latvian National Opera) and the artistic makeup created by Marita Gaidele ( main make-up artist of LNT Latvian Television).
The Style
Inspired by the famous Canadian troupe “Cirque du Soleil”, the show is rich in various stage effects using the latest laser technologies, snow cannons, soap bubble tornadoes, theatrical fog, gigantic smoke rings, smoke-filled soap bubble machines, optical illusions and many other surprises.
All the performance is enriched by a live video shooting connected to a large LED screen (35 sq. meters – 380 sq. Feet) that acts as a background and allows for better visibility even in the largest of auditoriums (“B” has been performed in theatres with over 3000 seats).
Adults and children alike will enjoy the show, thanks to the high interactivity and audience participation, the extremely visual content (there are no spoken words as all the show is musical) and the different level of interpretations that will make adults to think and children to smile.
Produced by “Brinum-X” , a Latvian company with over 20 years of experience in the entertainment business and with vast experience in over 32 countries all around the world, and directed by Italian theatre director, actor and bubble artist Enrico Pezzoli – one of the most experienced soap bubble performers in the world that have worked as a director and Bubble expert/advisor for many International event as the RIGA 800 Years celebration and the OLYMPICS Games in SOCHI 2014 – with the cooperation of performer and bubble artist Dace Pecoli – as well expert in this field and with the same experience of Enrico Pezzoli, as they worked in team since 1998 – „B” is the first bubble show that give a meaning and a new dimension to the art of soap bubbles, bringing it to an unsurpassed level, and it is going to be one of the most exciting shows that the audience will ever witness.
